Article R5151-2 of the French Labour Code

In accordance with the provisions of article L. 5151-6, the Minister for Employment has authorised the creation of an automated personal data processing system known as the “Personal Activity Account Information System” (SI-CPA).

This automated processing is implemented and managed by the Caisse des dépôts et consignations.

Article R5151-2

Conformément aux dispositions de l’article L. 5151-6, est autorisée la création, par le ministre chargé de l’emploi, d’un traitement automatisé de données à caractère personnel dénommé “ Système d’information du compte personnel d’activité ” (SI-CPA).

Ce traitement automatisé est mis en œuvre et géré par la Caisse des dépôts et consignations.
