Article R521-19 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Ad hoc administrators responsible for assisting unaccompanied minors applying for asylum, referred to in article L. 521-9, are appointed in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 343-2 to R. 343-7, R. 343-10 and R. 343-11.
For the application of the provisions of article R. 343-2, the words: “held in a waiting area, pursuant to the provisions of article L. 343-2” are replaced by the words: “who apply for asylum, pursuant to the provisions of article L. 521-9”.
For the application of the provisions of article R. 343-11 the reference to article L. 343-2 is replaced by the reference to article L. 521-9, and the reference to article R. 343-8 by the reference to article R. 521-20.

Les administrateurs ad hoc chargés d’assister les mineurs non accompagnés qui demandent l’asile, mentionnés à l’article L. 521-9, sont désignés conformément aux dispositions des articles R. 343-2 à R. 343-7, R. 343-10 et R. 343-11.
Pour l’application des dispositions de l’article R. 343-2, les mots : ” maintenus en zone d’attente, en application des dispositions de l’article L. 343-2 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” qui demandent l’asile, en application des dispositions de l’article L. 521-9 “.
Pour l’application des dispositions de l’article R. 343-11 la référence à l’article L. 343-2 est remplacée par la référence à l’article L. 521-9, et la référence à l’article R. 343-8 par la référence à l’article R. 521-20.
