Article R521-31 of the French Commercial code

The registrar with whom one of the registrations mentioned in article R. 521-1 has been made shall issue, on request, a statement mentioning the numbers of these registrations that he has noted as well as their date and place of registration. This statement shall be dated and signed by the registrar.
The registrar in whose register one or more of the entries referred to in Article R. 521-1 are recorded shall issue, upon request, a certified statement of the entries recorded in his register, mentioning all the information recorded for each entry.

Each of the requests referred to in the two paragraphs above must be made in writing.
Each of the requests referred to in the two preceding paragraphs may relate to only one person and one or more categories of registration from among those mentioned in article R. 521-1.

The requests are made under the conditions set out in article R. 521-1.
They are made under the conditions of article R. 521-32, with the exception of requests concerning a natural person who is not a trader, which must imperatively mention his address.

Article R521-31

Le greffier auprès duquel une des inscriptions mentionnées à l’article R. 521-1 a été prise délivre sur simple demande un état mentionnant les numéros de ces inscriptions qu’il constate ainsi que leur date et le lieu de leur inscription. Cet état est daté et signé du greffier.

Le greffier dans le registre duquel se trouve une ou plusieurs des inscriptions mentionnées à l’article R. 521-1 délivre, sur simple demande, l’état certifié des inscriptions inscrites à son registre mentionnant pour chacune toutes les informations inscrites.

Chacune des demandes mentionnées aux deux alinéas précédents ne peut porter que sur une seule personne et une ou plusieurs catégories d’inscription parmi celles qui sont mentionnées à l’article R. 521-1.

Elles sont formées dans les conditions de l’article R. 521-32, à l’exception des demandes concernant une personne physique non commerçante, qui doivent impérativement mentionner son adresse.
