The methods for calculating the maximum allowances received for the actual performance of the duties of president and vice-president of one of the public establishments for inter-municipal cooperation mentioned in articles L. 5211-12 et L. 5721-8 are determined by the provisions of articles R. 5212-1, R. 5214-1, R. 5215-2-1, R. 5216-1, R. 5332-1and R. 5723-1.
