Article R5213-65 of the French Labour Code

The multiannual contract of objectives and resources may be concluded for a maximum of five years. The financial stipulations of the contract concluded with the Regional Prefect are subject to annual amendments. Each amendment sets the amount of financial aid allocated to the adapted company.

The Regional Prefect may revise the amount of aid allocated during the year by means of an amendment, either upwards or downwards, to take account of a change in the adapted company’s situation.

Le contrat pluriannuel d’objectifs et de moyens peut être conclu pour une durée maximale de cinq ans. Les stipulations financières du contrat conclu avec le préfet de région font l’objet d’avenants annuels. Chaque avenant fixe le montant des aides financières affectées à l’entreprise adaptée.

Le préfet de région peut réviser en cours d’année par voie d’avenant, à la hausse ou à la baisse, les aides affectées pour tenir compte d’un changement de situation de l’entreprise adaptée.
