Decided operations relating to concerted development zones are automatically the responsibility of the urban community.

The same applies to building projects for secondary schools and special education, to which the provisions of section 2 of title II of law no. 83-663 of 22 July 1983 supplementing law no. 83-8 of 7 January 1983 relating to the division of powers between municipalities, départements, regions and the State apply.

Les opérations décidées relatives aux zones d’aménagement concerté relèvent de plein droit de la compétence de la communauté urbaine.

Il en est de même des opérations de constructions scolaires du second degré et d’éducation spéciale auxquelles s’appliquent les dispositions de la section 2 du titre II de la loi n° 83-663 du 22 juillet 1983 complétant la loi n° 83-8 du 7 janvier 1983 relative à la répartition de compétences entre les communes, les départements, les régions et l’Etat.
