Article R526-16 of the French Commercial code

When the individual limited liability entrepreneur is registered in the special register mentioned in Article R. 526-15, the registrar shall indicate in the register the information provided for in 1° to 5° and 7° of Article R. 526-3.

The events and decisions provided for in articles L. 526-15 and L. 526-17 are also recorded in this register.

An application for amending registration is submitted within one month of the event making it necessary to correct or add to the information provided for in the previous two paragraphs, via the single body mentioned in article R. 123-1. The application is submitted by the person entered in the register or by the persons mentioned in articles L. 526-15 and L. 526-17. The application relating to the transfer to a sole trader or a legal entity of the earmarked assets, or its contribution to a company, is submitted by the transferor or contributor.

Lors de l’immatriculation de l’entrepreneur individuel à responsabilité limitée au registre spécial mentionné à l’article R. 526-15, le greffier indique au registre les informations prévues aux 1° à 5° et 7° de l’article R. 526-3.

Sont également mentionnés dans ce registre les événements et décisions prévus aux articles L. 526-15 et L. 526-17.

Une demande d’inscription modificative est présentée dans le délai d’un mois suivant l’événement rendant nécessaire une rectification ou une adjonction aux énonciations prévues aux deux alinéas précédents, par l’intermédiaire de l’organisme unique mentionné à l’article R. 123-1. La demande est présentée par la personne immatriculée au registre ou par les personnes mentionnées aux articles L. 526-15 et L. 526-17. La demande relative à la cession à un entrepreneur individuel ou à une personne morale du patrimoine affecté, ou à son apport en société, est présentée par le cédant ou l’apporteur.
