The place and number of registration in the special register, defined under conditions laid down by joint order of the Minister of Justice and the Minister of the Economy, as well as the purpose of the professional activity to which the assets are assigned and the name incorporating the surname or usual name immediately preceded or followed by the words: “entrepreneur individuel à responsabilité limitée” or the initials: “EIRL”, appear on the documents and correspondence used by the interested party for professional purposes.

Le lieu et le numéro d’immatriculation au registre spécial, définis dans des conditions prévues par arrêté conjoint du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, et du ministre chargé de l’économie, ainsi que l’objet de l’activité professionnelle à laquelle le patrimoine est affecté et la dénomination incorporant le nom ou nom d’usage précédé ou suivi immédiatement des mots : ” entrepreneur individuel à responsabilité limitée ” ou des initiales : ” EIRL ” figurent sur les documents et correspondances à usage professionnel de l’intéressé.
