Article R53-21-22 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The managing service shall proceed with the deletion of data entered in the directory:

a) Upon expiry of the period provided for in Article R. 53-21-20 ;

b) When informed of one of the decisions mentioned in article R. 53-21-21;

c) When informed of the death of the person concerned;

d) When informed of a deletion decision taken pursuant to articles R. 53-21-11 to R. 53-21-17.

Article R53-21-22

Le service gestionnaire procède à l’effacement des données inscrites dans le répertoire :

a) A l’expiration du délai prévu à l’article R. 53-21-20 ;

b) Lorsqu’il est informé d’une des décisions mentionnées à l’article R. 53-21-21 ;

c) Lorsqu’il est informé du décès de l’intéressé ;

d) Lorsqu’il est informé d’une décision d’effacement prise en application des articles R. 53-21-11 à R. 53-21-17.
