I.-The following information is recorded for each person entered in the register:
1° Information relating to the person him/herself : surname, forename(s), gender, date and place of birth of the person, nationality(ies) as well as, where applicable, alias(es), change of name(s) and customary name(s); information relating to the filiation of the person is also recorded, if this person does not appear in the National Register for the Identification of Natural Persons, however this information may not constitute a search criterion;
2° Information relating to the data recorded in the register in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 53-21-2 :
-nature of the measure referred to in article R. 53-21-2 and the date on which it was carried out;
-qualification of the authority that ordered it;
-procedural framework within which the measure was ordered;
3° Information relating to the criminal proceedings giving rise to the recording of the data:
-nature and date of the offence or offences for which the person is or was prosecuted or convicted;
-reference of the criminal proceedings for which the person is, or was, prosecuted or convicted.
II.-It is forbidden to select a particular category of persons from data of the kind referred to in I of Article 8 of the aforementioned Act of 6 January 1978 contained in the expert reports, assessments and examinations entered in the register.
