During searches, the identities consulted also include the result of the verification carried out by the service managing the file in accordance with Article 706-53-3 using information communicated to the criminal records department pursuant to Article R. 64.

If the person concerned was born outside mainland France, if his or her place of birth is unknown or if he or she is under twelve years of age, the words: “identity not verifiable by the service” are entered.

Lors des interrogations, les identités consultées comportent également le résultat de la vérification effectuée par le service gestionnaire du fichier conformément à l’article 706-53-3 au moyen des informations communiquées au service du casier judiciaire en application de l’article R. 64.

Si l’intéressé est né hors de la France métropolitaine, si son lieu de naissance est inconnu ou s’il est âgé de moins de douze ans, est inscrite la mention : ” identité non vérifiable par le service “.
