Article R531-10 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of Article L. 531-11, the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons shall ensure that the applicant understands that his or her refusal to undergo a medical examination does not prevent the Office from ruling on his or her application.
