Article R531-18 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Notification of the decision by the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons shall mention:
1° The arrangements for accessing the sound recording of the personal interview provided for in article L. 531-20;
2° The time limit provided for in article 9-4 of law no. 91-647 of 10 July 1991 relating to legal aid for applying for legal aid.
Access to the sound recording referred to in 1° is possible on the premises of the Office, or by secure electronic means for persons held in detention or in the waiting area, before the appeal is lodged or, after it is lodged, with the competent administrative court or the Cour nationale du droit d’asile.

La notification de la décision de l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides mentionne :
1° Les modalités d’accès à l’enregistrement sonore de l’entretien personnel prévues à l’article L. 531-20 ;
2° Le délai prévu à l’article 9-4 de la loi n° 91-647 du 10 juillet 1991 relative à l’aide juridique pour demander le bénéfice de l’aide juridictionnelle.
L’accès à l’enregistrement sonore mentionné au 1° est possible dans les locaux de l’office, ou par voie électronique sécurisée pour les personnes retenues en rétention ou en zone d’attente, avant le dépôt du recours ou, après ce dépôt, auprès de la juridiction administrative compétente ou de la Cour nationale du droit d’asile.
