Article R531-34 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The deadline for submitting an application for reopening to the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons is eight days from registration.
When the application for reopening is incomplete the Office will inform the applicant, who will have four days to complete it.

Le délai d’introduction de la demande en réouverture auprès de l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides est de huit jours à compter de l’enregistrement.
Lorsque la demande de réouverture est incomplète l’office en informe le demandeur qui dispose d’un délai de quatre jours pour la compléter.
