Article R5312-36 of the French Labour Code

The rights of access and rectification provided for by articles 39 and 40 of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms may be exercised with the body responsible for the service of the allowance from which the person concerned benefits among those mentioned in article R. 5312-32.

Les droits d’accès et de rectification prévus par les articles 39 et 40 de la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés s’exercent auprès de l’organisme chargé du service de l’allocation dont bénéficie l’intéressé parmi celles mentionnées à l’article R. 5312-32.
