Article R5313-6 of the French Labour Code

An agreement is signed between the regional prefect and the job centre. This agreement specifies the objectives to be achieved, the resources to be used, the duration of the agreement and the budget of the job centre, as well as the amount and conditions for monitoring the use of the aid allocated.

The Regional Prefect presents the agreement to the Regional Employment Council.

Une convention est conclue entre le préfet de région et la maison de l’emploi. Cette convention précise les objectifs à atteindre, les moyens mis en œuvre, la durée du conventionnement et le budget de la maison de l’emploi, ainsi que le montant et les conditions de contrôle de l’utilisation de l’aide allouée.

Le préfet de région présente la convention au conseil régional de l’emploi.
