Article R5315-13 of the French Labour Code

The public institution is made up of a national directorate and regional directorates.

The Regional Director reports to the Managing Director. For activities carried out as part of the public employment service, he also reports to the regional prefect and to the regional employment, training and vocational guidance committee referred to in article L. 6123-3.

Le directeur régional est placé sous l’autorité du directeur général. Pour les activités conduites dans le cadre du service public de l’emploi, il rend également compte au préfet de région et au comité régional de l’emploi, de la formation et de l’orientation professionnelles mentionné à l’article L. 6123-3.
