Article R532-10 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

To obtain authorisation as a portfolio management company, applicants must submit their application to the Autorité des marchés financiers.

The application for authorisation must be accompanied by a file complying with the standard file drawn up by the Autorité des marchés financiers.

This standard file includes the information to be provided for the application of the authorisation procedure provided for inArticle L. 532-9 and, where applicable, for the application of the procedures provided for in Articles D. 523-23-1, R. 532-25, R. 532-28 and R. 532-29.

Article R532-10

Pour obtenir leur agrément de société de gestion de portefeuille, les requérants adressent leur demande à l’Autorité des marchés financiers.

La demande d’agrément doit être accompagnée d’un dossier conforme au dossier type établi par l’Autorité des marchés financiers.

Ce dossier type comporte les informations à fournir pour l’application de la procédure d’agrément prévue à l’article L. 532-9 et, le cas échéant, pour l’application des procédures prévues aux articles D. 523-23-1, R. 532-25, R. 532-28 et R. 532-29.
