Article R532-12 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Autorité des marchés financiers will notify the applicant of its decision within three months of the date of receipt of the file that complies with the standard file.

The AMF may extend this period by up to a further three months if it deems it necessary in view of the particular circumstances of the case and after notifying the applicant.

Article R532-12

L’Autorité des marchés financiers notifie sa décision au requérant dans un délai de trois mois à compter de la date de réception du dossier conforme au dossier type.

L’Autorité des marchés financiers peut prolonger cette période pour une durée pouvant aller jusqu’à trois mois supplémentaires, lorsqu’elle le juge nécessaire en raison des circonstances particulières de l’espèce et après l’avoir notifié au requérant.
