Article R532-16 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Where the claimant is represented by a lawyer, the procedural acts are carried out in respect of that agent, with the exception of notification of the notice of receipt provided for in Article R. 532-9, the notice of hearing provided for in Article R. 532-32 and the decision itself, which are sent personally to the claimant.
The information provided for in Article R. 532-22 is also sent personally to the claimant.

Article R532-16

Lorsque le requérant est représenté par un avocat, les actes de procédure sont accomplis à l’égard de ce mandataire, à l’exception de la notification de l’avis de réception prévu à l’article R. 532-9, de l’avis d’audience prévu à l’article R. 532-32 et de la décision elle-même, adressés personnellement au requérant.
L’information prévue à l’article R. 532-22 est également adressée personnellement au requérant.
