Article R532-52 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The decisions of the National Court of Asylum are reasoned.
The decision states that the hearing was public, unless the provisions of Article L. 532-11 were applied. In the latter case, it is stated that the hearing took place or continued without the public being present.
It contains the surname and first names of the applicant, a statement of the purpose of the application and the legal and factual circumstances put forward in writing in support of it as well as, if applicable, a mention of the written observations of the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons. It indicates, where applicable, whether the provisions of Articles L. 532-12 to L. 532-14 have been applied.
The decision states that the rapporteur and, where applicable, the applicant, his lawyer and the representative of the Office have been heard.
The oral observations of the parties are mentioned insofar as they have added to their written submissions.
The decision indicates the date of the hearing and the date on which it was handed down.
The minute of each decision is signed by the chairman of the panel that handed down the decision and by the secretary general of the court or by a head of department.

Les décisions de la Cour nationale du droit d’asile sont motivées.
La décision mentionne que l’audience a été publique, sauf s’il a été fait application des dispositions de l’article L. 532-11. Dans ce dernier cas, il est mentionné que l’audience a eu lieu ou s’est poursuivie hors la présence du public.
Elle contient les nom et prénoms du requérant, l’exposé de l’objet de la demande et des circonstances de droit et de fait invoquées par écrit à son appui ainsi que, s’il y a lieu, la mention des observations écrites de l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides. Elle indique, le cas échéant, s’il a été fait application des dispositions des articles L. 532-12 à L. 532-14.
Mention y est faite que le rapporteur et, s’il y a lieu, le requérant, son avocat et le représentant de l’office ont été entendus.
Les observations orales des parties sont mentionnées dans la mesure où elles ont apporté des compléments par rapport à leurs écritures.
La décision indique la date de l’audience et la date à laquelle elle a été prononcée.
La minute de chaque décision est signée par le président de la formation de jugement qui a rendu cette décision et par le secrétaire général de la cour ou par un chef de service.
