Article R5322-1 of the French Labour Code

When a municipality wishes to carry out placement operations, it sends its request for an agreement to the Prefect and Pôle emploi.

A copy of the municipal council’s decision authorising the mayor to enter into an agreement with the establishment and the State is attached to the request.

Lorsqu’une commune souhaite réaliser des opérations de placement, elle adresse sa demande de convention au préfet et à Pôle emploi.

Une copie de la délibération du conseil municipal autorisant le maire à conclure une convention avec l’établissement et l’Etat est jointe à la demande.
