Article R5323-14 of the French Labour Code

The exchanges of information provided for in article R. 5323-13 are carried out through the transmission of the jobseeker’s single file and in accordance with the procedures set out in the agreement concluded between the State, Pôle emploi and the bodies managing the unemployment insurance scheme.

These exchanges of information comply with standards defined by order of the Minister for Employment.

Les échanges d’informations prévus à l’article R. 5323-13 sont réalisés par la transmission du dossier unique du demandeur d’emploi et selon les modalités fixées par la convention conclue entre l’Etat, Pôle emploi et les organismes gestionnaires du régime d’assurance chômage.

Ces échanges d’informations sont conformes à des normes définies par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’emploi.
