If, after the sale of the property, the price has been duly paid for distribution, final publication is replaced by service of the creditor’s title on the person responsible for distributing the price, within the two-month period provided for in Article R. 533-4.
Si, après la vente du bien, le prix en a été régulièrement versé pour être distribué, la publicité définitive est remplacée par la signification du titre du créancier à la personne chargée de la répartition du prix, dans le délai de deux mois prévu à l’article R. 533-4.
