Article R5411-16 of the French Labour Code

The agreements concluded between Pôle emploi and the bodies participating in the public employment service mentioned in Article L. 5311-4 define, in accordance with the provisions set out in the multi-year agreement mentioned in Article L. 5312-3 :

1° The rules for drawing up and updating the personalised project for access to employment for jobseekers whose support and placement is entrusted to these organisations;

2° The adapted service offer that these organisations propose;

3° The procedures for implementing job search monitoring;

4° The procedures for exchanging information, evaluating and monitoring results.

The agreements also stipulate that when these bodies observe facts likely to constitute one of the breaches mentioned in Articles L. 5412-1, L. 5412-2, L. 5426-2 and L. 5426-5, they must inform Pôle emploi.

Article R5411-16

Les conventions conclues entre Pôle emploi et les organismes participant au service public de l’emploi mentionnés à l’article L. 5311-4 définissent, conformément aux dispositions prévues par la convention pluriannuelle mentionnée à l’article L. 5312-3 :

1° Les règles d’élaboration et d’actualisation du projet personnalisé d’accès à l’emploi des demandeurs d’emploi dont l’accompagnement et le placement sont confiés à ces organismes ;

2° L’offre de service adaptée que ces organismes proposent ;

3° Les modalités de mise en œuvre du suivi de la recherche d’emploi ;

4° Les modalités d’échange d’information, d’évaluation et de suivi des résultats.

Les conventions prévoient également que, lorsque ces organismes constatent des faits susceptibles de constituer un des manquements mentionnés aux articles L. 5412-1, L. 5412-2, L. 5426-2 et L. 5426-5 ils en informent Pôle emploi.
