The list of jobseekers is kept by Pôle emploi.
Registration on the jobseekers’ list is made electronically with Pôle emploi. Jobseekers requesting registration must declare their place of residence and provide information enabling them to be identified. Jobseekers must inform Pôle emploi within 72 hours of any absence from their usual place of residence of more than seven days and of any change of address.
For the purposes of article L. 5411-6, a person is considered to be immediately available for employment if he or she is not engaged in any professional activity, is not undergoing any vocational training and whose personal situation enables him or her to take up employment without delay.
