Article R5425-7 of the French Labour Code

When the beneficiary of the specific solidarity allowance ceases to work during or at the end of the period of payment of the allowance, the four-year period instituted by article R. 5425-1 is not applied if the beneficiary requests the resumption of payment of the allowance he or she was receiving before the end of the month following the cessation of work.

Article R5425-7

Lorsque le bénéficiaire de l’allocation de solidarité spécifique cesse son activité pendant ou au terme de la période de versement de l’allocation, il n’est pas fait application du délai de quatre ans institué à l’article R. 5425-1 s’il sollicite la reprise du versement de l’allocation dont il bénéficiait avant la fin du mois suivant la cessation d’activité.
