Article D5424-25 of the French Labour Code

The company is reimbursed by the paid leave funds for the allowances paid to its employees under the legislation on bad weather, which are calculated by allocating to the amount of each allowance paid a coefficient equal to the ratio between the amount of the wages serving as the basis for the contribution paid by the company in application of article D. 5424-36 and the amount of these wages before deduction of the allowance provided for in this same article.

L’entreprise est remboursée par les caisses de congés payés des indemnités versées à ses salariés au titre de la législation sur les intempéries qui sont calculées en affectant le montant de chaque indemnité versée d’un coefficient égal au rapport entre le montant des salaires servant de base à la cotisation versée par l’entreprise en application de l’article D. 5424-36 et le montant de ces salaires avant déduction de l’abattement prévu à ce même article.
