A jobseeker ceases to be registered on the list of jobseekers or is transferred to the category corresponding to his new situation:
1° Either fails to comply with the obligation to periodically renew his or her job application;
2° Or is informed by his or her employer or an organisation providing him or her with compensation, a social benefit or training that he or she has taken up a new job or activity, started training or undergone any other change affecting his or her situation with regard to the conditions for registration or classification in a category.
