Article R5424-6 of the French Labour Code

When the person concerned has exhausted the rights opened at the time of a previous admission and fulfils the conditions allowing him/her to benefit from rights in respect of one or more activities exercised prior to the end of the rights, in application of I of article R. 5422-2, the allowance is paid by the employer or the institution mentioned in article L. 5312-1 on behalf of the body mentioned in article L. 5427-1 which decides on the new admission, after application, where applicable, of the provisions of articles R. 5424-2 to R. 5424-5.

Lorsque l’intéressé a épuisé les droits ouverts lors d’une précédente admission et qu’il remplit les conditions lui permettant de bénéficier de droits au titre d’une ou de plusieurs activités exercées antérieurement à la fin des droits, en application du I de l’article R. 5422-2, l’allocation est à la charge de l’employeur ou de l’institution mentionnée à l’article L. 5312-1 pour le compte de l’organisme mentionné à l’article L. 5427-1 qui décide de la nouvelle admission, après, le cas échéant, application des dispositions des articles R. 5424-2 à R. 5424-5.
