Article D5424-74 of the French Labour Code

I.-In mainland France, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon:

1° The flat-rate amount of the allowance for self-employed workers mentioned in the first sentence of 1° of Article L. 5424-27 is set at 26.30 euros per day.

2° The minimum amount mentioned in the second sentence of the same 1° of Article L. 5424-27 is 19.73 euros per day.

II – In Mayotte, the lump sum and minimum amount mentioned in 1° and 2° of I are set at 19.73 euros and 13.15 euros per day respectively.

1° Le montant forfaitaire de l’allocation des travailleurs indépendants mentionné à la première phrase du 1° de l’article L. 5424-27 est fixé à 26,30 euros par jour.


2° Le montant minimum mentionné à la deuxième phrase du même 1° de l’article L. 5424-27 est de 19,73 euros par jour.


II.-A Mayotte, le montant forfaitaire et le montant minimum mentionnés aux 1° et 2° du I sont fixés respectivement à 19,73 euros et 13,15 euros par jour.
