Placing on the market, whether free of charge or for a consideration, a tattoo product whose container or packaging does not bear one of the indications provided for in article R. 513-10-5 is punishable by the fine laid down for third class offences.

Est puni de l’amende prévue pour les contraventions de la troisième classe le fait de mettre sur le marché à titre gratuit ou onéreux un produit de tatouage dont le récipient ou l’emballage ne comporte pas l’une des mentions prévues à l’article R. 513-10-5.
