Article R5442-3 of the French Public Health Code

Legal entities declared to be criminally liable, under the conditions set out inarticle 121-2 of the French Penal Code, for the offences defined in article R. 5442-1 are liable, in addition to a fine in accordance with the procedures set out inarticle 131-41 of the French Penal Code, to the confiscation of the veterinary medicinal product which was used or intended to be used to commit the offences set out in article R. 5442-1.

Article R5442-3

Les personnes morales déclarées responsables pénalement, dans les conditions prévues par l’article 121-2 du code pénal, des infractions définies à l’article R. 5442-1 encourent, outre l’amende suivant les modalités prévues par l’article 131-41 du code pénal, la peine de confiscation du médicament vétérinaire qui a servi ou était destiné à commettre les infractions prévues à l’article R. 5442-1.
