Natural persons guilty of the offences defined in article R. 5442-1 are also liable to the additional penalty of confiscation of the veterinary medicinal product which was used or intended for use in committing the offence.

Legal entities declared to be criminally liable, under the conditions set out inarticle 121-2 of the French Penal Code, for the offences defined in article R. 5442-1 are liable, in addition to a fine in accordance with the procedures set out inarticle 131-41 of the French Penal Code, to the confiscation of the veterinary medicinal product which was used or intended to be used to commit the offences set out…

Repeated offences under article R. 5442-1 are punishable in accordance with articles 132-11 and 132-15 of the French Penal Code.
