The register of persons referred to in I of article L. 546-1 includes information relating to the identity, activity and, where applicable, the category of the persons concerned. This information is specified by order of the Minister for the Economy. Where applicable, it includes the name and contact details of the principals of these persons. This information is made public by the body responsible for keeping the register.

Le registre d’immatriculation des personnes mentionnées au I de l’article L. 546-1 comprend des informations relatives à l’identité, à l’activité, et le cas échéant à la catégorie des personnes concernées. Ces informations sont précisées par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie. Elles comprennent le cas échéant le nom et les coordonnées des mandants de ces personnes. Ces informations sont rendues publiques par l’organisme chargé de la tenue du registre.
