Article R551-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration (French Office for Immigration and Integration) informs asylum seekers from the region of residence, as provided for in Article L. 551-3, of the place of accommodation, or in the absence of available accommodation, of the organisation under agreement pursuant to Article L. 550-2.

Article R551-2

L’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration informe les demandeurs d’asile de la région de résidence, telle que prévue à l’article L. 551-3, du lieu d’hébergement, ou à défaut d’hébergement disponible, de l’organisme conventionné en application de l’article L. 550-2.
