Article R5521-6 of the French Labour Code

The Steering Committee is consulted on the guidelines and objectives of the employment policy conducted by the State in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
It gives its opinion on the statement mentioned in Article R. 5521-1, and in particular on the distribution of these funds between the local authorities. It is informed of the use of these credits and the results obtained.

Le comité directeur est consulté sur les orientations et sur les objectifs de la politique pour l’emploi conduite par l’Etat en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, à Mayotte, à La Réunion, à Saint-Barthélemy, à Saint-Martin et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
Il donne son avis sur l’état mentionné à l’article R. 5521-1, et notamment sur la répartition entre les collectivités de ces interventions. Il est informé de l’emploi de ces crédits et des résultats obtenus.
