Article R5522-12 of the French Labour Code

For its application in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, a paragraph is added to article R. 5134-63 as follows:

“When the State contributes to the cost of a training course under article L. 5522-2-2, the decision awarding the aid for professional integration or a subsequent amending decision specifies:

1° The nature of this training, its duration and how it is organised ;

2° The period during which it is provided;

3° The name and professional qualification of the person responsible within the company for monitoring the training;

4° The nature of the sanction for the training provided;

5° The amount and terms and conditions for the State to cover the cost of this training”.

Article R5522-12

Pour son application en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, à la Martinique, à La Réunion, à Saint-Barthélemy, à Saint-Martin et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, l’article R. 5134-63 est complété par un alinéa ainsi rédigé :

” Lorsque l’Etat concourt à la prise en charge d’une formation au titre de l’article L. 5522-2-2, sont précisés dans la décision d’attribution de l’aide à l’insertion professionnelle ou une décision modificatrice prise ultérieurement :

1° La nature de cette formation, sa durée et les modalités de son organisation ;

2° La période pendant laquelle elle est dispensée ;

3° Le nom et la qualification professionnelle de la personne chargée au sein de l’entreprise de suivre le déroulement de la formation ;

4° La nature de la sanction de la formation dispensée ;

5° Le montant et les modalités de la prise en charge de cette formation par l’Etat “.
