Article R5522-15 of the French Labour Code

If the employment contract is terminated before the end of the training period referred to in article R. 5522-12, the sums already paid to the employer corresponding to training hours not completed will be repaid.

Where the vocational integration aid or a subsequent amending decision has provided for hours of training given in the company, these hours are deemed to be equally distributed over the training period.

Lorsque le contrat de travail est rompu avant le terme de la formation mentionnée à l’article R. 5522-12, les sommes déjà versées à l’employeur correspondant à des heures de formation non réalisées font l’objet d’un reversement.

Lorsque l’aide à l’insertion professionnelle ou une décision modificatrice ultérieure a prévu des heures de formation dispensées en entreprise, ces heures sont réputées être également réparties sur la période de formation.
