Article R5523-1 of the French Labour Code

The Prefect submits each group or company agreement implementing the employment obligation set out in article L. 5212-2 to:
1° The regional coordination committee for employment and vocational training in the overseas departments, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin;
2° The coordination committee for employment and vocational training in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

Article R5523-1

Le préfet soumet pour avis chaque accord de groupe, ou d’entreprise mettant en œuvre l’application de l’obligation d’emploi prévue à l’article L. 5212-2 :
1° Au comité de coordination régional de l’emploi et de la formation professionnelle dans les départements d’outre-mer, à Saint-Barthélemy et à Saint-Martin ;
2° Au comité de coordination de l’emploi et de la formation professionnelle de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
