Article R5524-4 of the French Labour Code

For employees who have been insured for one hundred and eighty-two days or one thousand and fourteen hours during the twenty-four months preceding the end of their employment contract, the period during which the insurance allowance is granted may not be less than one hundred and eighty-two days.
