Article R561-43 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – The four qualified members of the National Enforcement Committee and their alternates are appointed by decree on the report of the Minister for the Economy, after consultation with the Minister of Justice and the Minister of the Interior.

II. – For the performance of its duties, the Commission may adopt rules of procedure which will be made public on its website.

I. – Les quatre personnalités qualifiées, membres de la Commission nationale des sanctions, et leurs suppléants sont nommés par décret pris sur le rapport du ministre chargé de l’économie, après avis du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, et du ministre de l’intérieur.

II. – Pour l’exécution de ses missions, la Commission peut adopter un règlement intérieur qui est rendu public sur son site internet.
