Article R562-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

When the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons terminates refugee status pursuant to Articles L. 511-7, L. 511-8 or L. 511-9, or the benefit of subsidiary protection pursuant to Article L. 512-3, it informs the competent Prefect and the Minister responsible for asylum of the basis on which this decision was taken.

Article R562-1

Lorsque l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides met fin au statut de réfugié en application des articles L. 511-7, L. 511-8 ou L. 511-9, ou au bénéfice de la protection subsidiaire en application de l’article L. 512-3, il informe le préfet compétent ainsi que le ministre en charge de l’asile du fondement sur lequel cette décision a été prise.
