Article R581-11 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

When a beneficiary of temporary protection in France seeks to enter without authorisation or is found illegally on the territory of another Member State of the European Union during the period covered by the decision referred to in article L. 581-2, France shall readmit the person to its territory under temporary protection, unless a bilateral agreement provides otherwise.
The application to be taken back into care shall be sent to the Minister responsible for immigration in writing and shall be accompanied by any document proving that the person concerned is benefiting from temporary protection in France.

Article R581-11

Lorsqu’un bénéficiaire de la protection temporaire en France cherche à entrer sans autorisation ou se trouve irrégulièrement sur le territoire d’un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne pendant la période couverte par la décision mentionnée à l’article L. 581-2, la France le réadmet sur son territoire au titre de la protection temporaire, sauf si un accord bilatéral prévoit des dispositions contraires.
La demande de reprise en charge est adressée au ministre chargé de l’immigration par écrit et est accompagnée de tout document justifiant que l’intéressé bénéficie de la protection temporaire en France.
