Article R611-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Minister responsible for the economy may extend to the Caisse des dépôts et consignations and the accounting officers of the Directorate General of Public Finances the provisions relating to the organisation of services common to credit institutions adopted pursuant to this chapter.

Le ministre chargé de l’économie peut étendre à la Caisse des dépôts et consignations et aux comptables de la direction générale des finances publiques les dispositions relatives à l’organisation des services communs aux établissements de crédit prises en application du présent chapitre.
