Where the designated establishment is a public health establishment, the organisation of care and the medical operation of the facility located in the prison are governed by the provisions of articles L. 6146-1 to L. 6146-4.

When the health establishment designated in application of the provisions of article R. 6111-28 is a private establishment, it defines the organisation of care and the medical operation of the structure located in the prison.

Lorsque l’établissement désigné est un établissement public de santé, l’organisation des soins et le fonctionnement médical de la structure implantée dans l’établissement pénitentiaire sont régis par les dispositions des articles L. 6146-1 à L. 6146-4.

Lorsque l’établissement de santé désigné en application des dispositions de l’article R. 6111-28 est un établissement privé, celui-ci définit l’organisation des soins et le fonctionnement médical de la structure implantée dans l’établissement pénitentiaire.
