Article R6111-45 of the French Public Health Code

Following the call for candidates mentioned in article R. 6111-42, the Director General of the Regional Health Agency shall designate one or more health establishments to be responsible for providing permanent care.

This decision is taken after obtaining the opinion of the federations representing the health establishments on a collegiate basis.

A l’issue de la procédure d’appel à candidatures mentionnée à l’article R. 6111-42, le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé désigne un ou plusieurs établissements de santé chargés d’assurer la permanence de soins.

Cette décision est prise après avis des fédérations représentant les établissements de santé, recueilli de manière collégiale.
