The Director General of the Regional Health Agency will notify his decision on the application for authorisation, by any means capable of proving the date of receipt, within four months of the date of receipt of the complete application. The decision specifies the date on which authorisation takes effect. This cannot be earlier than the date mentioned in the third paragraph of Article R. 6112-1.
If the Director General of the Regional Health Agency does not respond within the four-month period referred to in the first paragraph, the application is deemed to have been rejected.
Authorisation ceases at the request of the establishment, except in the event of withdrawal of authorisation under the conditions set out in article R. 6112-6. The accredited establishment must give six months’ notice, starting from receipt by the Director of the Regional Health Agency of the establishment’s decision to no longer provide the public hospital service.
Any decision taken by the Director General of the Regional Health Agency to authorise a private hospital to provide a public hospital service is published in the Recueil des actes administratifs of the regional prefecture.
