Article R6113-10 of the French Labour Code

In application of II of article L. 6113-5, the Professional Certification Commission draws up, on an annual basis, after receiving the opinion of a scientific committee made up of three qualified individuals appointed for a period of three years by order of the Minister responsible for professional training, a list of occupations considered to be particularly developing or emerging.

Applications for registration relating to a professional certification project for a profession on the list mentioned in the previous paragraph are not subject to the examination criteria set out in 1° and 2° of article R. 6113-9.

Registration under the procedure set out in this article is for a maximum of three years.

En application du II de l’article L. 6113-5, la commission de la certification professionnelle établit, selon une périodicité annuelle, après avis d’un comité scientifique composé de trois personnalités qualifiées nommées pour une durée de trois ans par arrêté du ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle, une liste des métiers considérés comme particulièrement en évolution ou en émergence.

Les demandes d’enregistrement portant sur un projet de certification professionnelle relatif à un métier figurant sur la liste mentionnée au précédent alinéa ne sont pas soumises aux critères d’examen prévus aux 1° et 2° de l’article R. 6113-9.

L’enregistrement effectué au titre de la procédure du présent article est d’une durée maximale de trois ans.
