Article R6113-25 of the French Labour Code

Temporary or permanent working groups are set up by the secretariat of the Professional Advisory Committees to prepare their work and opinions.

These working groups are made up of people whose presence is deemed useful for the work undertaken because of their activity, their work or their involvement in the certification system, in particular representatives of trade unions or employers’ organisations that are representative at the level of a professional branch.

Des groupes de travail, temporaires ou permanents, sont mis en place auprès des commissions professionnelles consultatives par leur secrétariat, afin d’en préparer les travaux et les avis.

Ces groupes de travail sont composés de personnes dont la présence paraît utile aux travaux entrepris en raison de leur activité, de leurs travaux ou de leur implication dans le système de certification, notamment des représentants d’organisations syndicales de salariés ou d’organisations professionnelles d’employeurs représentatives au niveau d’une branche professionnelle.
